Remember that you don`t need to use only one agency,  in Poland fees for the agencies are illegal. So go ahead enjoy everything.

Agencies have sucha habit to say that they work with many hospitals, but for the moment have a vacancy at one hospital and they will also aply our CV there. Much of this information is overrated and overstated.
